This picture was taken during my birthday last May 06, 2012 at “Gottis Ristorante” S.M Mall of Asia, with me is my cute boyfriend Jedd. This is our first stop; we have other places to go to celebrate love, life and my birthday! Here we have our lunch and enjoy the every savory foods that we have on our table. Jedd and I was one of few affectionate customer here, we always have our dinner and mini celebration in this restaurant because of the foods they serve!! It's Italian and We Love it. So let's proceed to the food, that day we order “FRUTTI DI MARE” (fruit of the sea) it's compose of linguine, olive oil, garlic, dry white wine, tomato paste, parley and the seafood (clams, shrimp, calamari). The taste is unexplainable -like sort of sweet and salty - which I love!! It’s good for 3-4 servings; serve in the big oblong type shape plate. After that we order another favorite “MARGHERITA PIZZA” it's a thin crust pizza dazzle with mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, olive oil, tomato paste and basil. Slice in serving of eight triangle, everyone can enjoy every bit of it. Simply delicious!! And we don’t want to spoil the day so we also grab some “GELATO ICE CREAM” in pistachio and chocolate flavors. We make our tummy very happy and we need a little time to loosen up a bit so after we had our meal we walk around the mall before heading into another place. Its gonna be a long drive way up to “Tagaytay” our love nest, but I guess were all set. That’s it, another day of good food and good life.
So I give
you recipe from my favorite Frutti Di Mare, simple yet delicious that you and
your love ones can also enjoy. You can make it all by yourself with the help of
